All orders are dispatched via Express Post from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details, as well as regular updates from Australia Post or DHL regarding the progress of your delivery.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express and require a signature on delivery.

Australia Post offer next-business day delivery to capital cities and metro areas within the express-post network. Delivery to regional areas can take between 2-3 business days.

For shipping internationally, we use DHL Global. All orders are fully trackable and delivered by your local delivery service provider (ie USPS).

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

For international customers, please be aware that customs and import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Customs and import taxes will differ depending on your location, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders. For further information please contact your local customs office.

USA: Customers can import up to $800 USD in goods duty-free

CANADA: Customers can import up to $20 CAN in goods duty-free

 

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details.

OWNERSHIP & RISK

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection, and for applicable duties & taxes to be paid. We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to your tracking link, or contact us for further tracking updates.

Lé Salty Label does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.

Once shipped, Lé Salty Label does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, our customer care team will assist you to open a case enquiry with the delivery courier.
