RETURN POLICY

ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE

Please note that all sale garments marked as Final Sale - No Returns are not eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty.

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for an exchange or store credit note within 14-days of the purchase date. Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return requests must be authorised within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and be accompanied with a RMA# return authorisation number.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so please organise this with your local courier. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are not liable for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Please note that original shipping charges and taxes/duties are non-returnable.

 

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the garment at your preference. Please contact us via the return portal with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you. Please note items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.

 

AFTERPAY | RETURNS

Our normal returns policy applies to all Afterpay orders. If you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for an exchange or store credit note, within 14 days of receiving your order. Your payment plan agreement with Afterpay will remain in place and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments until completed in full.

 

POLICY

We endeavour to process all returns as soon as they are received, however please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will be emailed a confirmation once their return has been approved.

Garments will be quality assessed upon their return and must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and including all original tags and packaging. Lé Salty Label reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
